Allergies & Intolerances
Allergies and intolerances used to be considered rare; however, now it seems to be more the norm. If you’re not suffering from one (or many) you definitely know someone who is!
Food allergies and intolerances are some of the most commonly talked about and often self-diagnosed problems. These types of issues are often an indication of other underlying imbalances within the body such as with sugars, hormones, enzymes, etc…
So what’s changed?
Part of the answer is awareness. Until you can put a name to something it’s hard to identify. However, a large part of it also has to do with our lifestyles: from the amount of stress we’re under; to the types of food we eat (from processed to raw or GMO to Organic); and to the large amount of Electromagnetic Frequencies (EMF’s) that we’re exposed to from cell phones, Wi-Fi, etc. It’s no wonder that our bodies are having a hard time keeping up the pace!
When our bodies are in a state of imbalance, allergies, illnesses, and various symptoms start to occur.
Let’s start with going over the definition of what an allergy is versus an intolerance…
An allergy is classified as a reaction to a normally harmless substance, food or environment, for which there is an immune system response. This reaction results in an inflammatory response for which the degree of severity ranges. The IgE antibody must be identified for a true allergy to occur.
An intolerance refers to any other adverse reaction to a substance in which the involvement of the immune system is inconclusive. This reaction can result in anything from a minor irritation to a severe reaction. Although the substance in which the body reacts to is generally non-threatening, it is viewed as a threat to our wellbeing.
As a BioEnergetic (BIE) Practitioner, I use muscle testing (also known as Biofeedback Analysis or Applied Kinesiology) to determine the stressors that cause the body to be imbalanced and create the symptoms you experience.
This testing process is non-invasive, painless, easy, and safe for your entire family - including children (>6months). Needles are not used in this process.
BioEnergetic Practitioners consider a stressor to be any given substance for which a negative energetic change is experienced to the flow of energy through the body (bio-energy). Ultimately it’s any item that your body does not recognize and therefore treats as foreign and must attack it! Stressors can also lead to allergic reactions.
Once the stressors that are creating the imbalance are identified, the BioEnergetics (BIE) Process can be applied.
Are you wondering if your symptoms are a sign of allergy or intolerance?
The following is a list of the most common symptoms caused by stressors in the body:
- Abdominal cramps
- Arthritis or gout
- Autoimmune disorders
- Bad breath or body odour
- Blood pressure disorders
- Blood sugar imbalances
- Constipation or Diarrhea
- Depression or mood swings
- Digestive disorders
- Eczema, rash, or hives
- Food cravings
- Gas / Bloating
- Headaches or Migraines
- Hearing loss
- Hot flashes
- Insomnia / restless sleep
- Learning disabilities
- Nasal congestion or chronic runny nose
- Nightly urination
- Poor concentration
- Repeated colds or ear infections, especially in children
- Recurrence of any illness despite treatment
- Severe menstrual symptoms
- Sinus problems
- Thyroid disorders
- Watery itchy red eyes
- Weight gain
What is BioEnergetics (BIE)?
BIE is a simple, natural and non-invasive process that uses a state-of-the-art machine (GSR-120) to direct energy onto specific points of the body to help create homeostasis (balance) and thereby alleviate suffering.
The BioEnergetic pathways are known as meridians and allow energetic signals to flow continuously through and around the body. The BIE Process then allows us to reintroduce the frequencies which the body does not recognize, to clear any energy blockages, and to re-establish balance.
Once the body is in balance, all aspects can work optimally, and suffering and symptoms are alleviated naturally!
Possible side effects of the BIE process
During the body's process of healing and creating homeostasis, you may experience what’s called the healing process or “healing crisis”. These are signs of the body naturally cleansing itself. The healing process can start the day of the session or up to 3 weeks after in some cases, and may last from 1 to 28 days. Possible healing process symptoms: headache, sinus congestion, fatigue, lethargy, aches and pains, and nausea.
How long will a client maintain homeostasis?
In most cases, homeostasis can be achieved after the first visit. However, depending on the level of stress, the amount of bodily toxins, the strength the immune system, and the level of hydration, some stressors might take a second, third, or even rarely a fourth session.
However, several visits may be required to help the body to achieve homeostasis with those who are affected by multiple stressors. Once homeostasis is achieved, there is usually no need for subsequent or yearly visits for the same substance.
So, are you sick and tired of feeling sick and tired? Frustrated with all your food intolerances?

It’s becoming more and more common for kids to also suffer from food and environmental allergies. Digestive imbalances, thrush/yeast overgrowth, and skin rashes are very common.
The allergy and intolerance testing as well as the BIE process described above is also available to kids allowing them to reestablish internal balance, heal, and thrive!
Kids are extremely responsive to the treatment and most often maintain homeostasis after the first session. Additional sessions would only be needed if they are affected by multiple stressors that could not all be cleared during the first session.

Digestive issues are at the core of most imbalances, disorders, and diseases. Rebalancing your gut flora not only improves your digestion, but also your immunity and overall health.
Custom digestive cleanses are available based on your individual needs and imbalances.
