Culinary Nutrition Workshop: Family Favourites

Easy, customizable recipes the whole family will love!

Many families struggle with finding the time to spend with one another in a fulfilling and meaningful way, especially as kids get older. But everyone’s got to eat, right? Eating as a family is a wonderful way to spend quality time together, and getting kids involved in the process helps make mealtimes much more enjoyable.

Imagine if you could make nutritious and easy family meals that everyone will love – without complaints, struggles or spending hours in the kitchen?

Join US for a delicious culinary nutrition experience, where you’ll discover how to make a variety of kid-approved, family-friendly recipes, as well as gain practical experience cooking recipes from start to finish.

All of the recipes are gluten-free, dairy-free and so delicious. This workshop will sample recipes containing nuts and seeds. If you have a particular food allergy, please notify us before registering for the class to see if we can accommodate you.

You will walk away from this workshop with:

This workshop is hosted by the talented Natalie Sommer, Culinary Nutrition Expert from the Academy of Culinary Nutrition. She has extensive experience in recipe development, therapeutic foods and cooking for health. She will be teaching us how to cook tasty meals that will be a hit with the entire family.

Date: Tuesday, December 10th from 7-9pm
Location: Holistic Harmony (195 Norseman St Unit 19, Etobicoke, ON, M8Z OE9)
Style: 2-hour demonstration style workshop with sampling
Cost: $75 per person (includes demonstrations, food sampling, course material and recipes)

Natalie Sommer is a Culinary Nutrition Expert, Certified Teacher and Adult Educator. She is passionate about educating and inspiring people to take control of their health and the health of their loved ones through whole foods and simple wellness habits. Her teaching style is fun, educational and hands-on which will leave you feeling empowered to start applying what you learn. Natalie loves sharing her knowledge and connecting you to other inspiring people in the health and wellness field. She lives in Toronto with her husband and two children.
